By generating a strong alternating magnetic field through an induction coil, a vortex current is formed on the surface of the workpiece under the action of the magnetic field, thereby rapidly heating the workpiece to meet the requirements of quenching. Quenching depth 0.5-2.5 mm. Suitable for various shaft parts, screws, gears, stationary wheels, crankshafts, bearing positions of long shafts, and related parts such as pin plates. The maximum length of machined parts is 600 mm, and the maximum diameter of workpiece is 300 mm.
