Process concept:
Brazing refers to the welding method of using liquid brazing material to fill the gaps of solid workpieces and connect metals after heating the brazing material below the melting point of the weldment and the weldment to the melting temperature of the brazing material simultaneously. When brazing, the first step is to remove the oxide film and oil stains on the contact surface of the base metal, in order to facilitate the capillary tube to function after the brazing material melts, increasing the wettability and capillary fluidity of the brazing material. According to the different melting points of brazing materials, brazing can be divided into hard brazing and soft brazing.
Technical advantages:
1. The joint is smooth and flat, with minimal changes in microstructure and mechanical properties, minimal deformation, and precise workpiece size.
2. It can weld the same metal or different materials without strict restrictions on the thickness difference of the workpiece.
3. It can weld multiple weldments and joints simultaneously, with high productivity.
4. Equipped with oxygen free brazing vacuum brazing technology, it is suitable for welding products with high quality requirements and easily oxidizable materials.
